No Show & Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice ahead of time! If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of your service fee- non refundable! Any cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. 

​Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice allows the spot you reserved to be filled by a guest on the waitlist.
